  I have lived at Woodhaven at Park Bridge for 4 years (March 2014-March 2018) and I just renewed my lease again for another 13 months. I cannot say enough great things about this community! They highly value their residents (constantly have complimentary food trucks, wine/cheese nights, resident appreciation events, etc.) and are so patient & kind. Their maintenance staff is EXTREMELY responsive (always fix/come same day or next day) and they have pest control every single Wednesday (you can add your apt to the list at your convenience to be treated whenever needed). I have lived in 2 different apartments (classic vs. renovated) and BOTH are wonderful - the only reason I changed from my first one was because I wanted a garage. The residents are kind & courteous... and I feel so extremely safe living here as a single woman. They have automatic emails for package notifications so you can know when/how many packages you have at the office. I sincerely love this community and will be sad when the day comes for me to finally buy a house but, for now, I wanted everyone to have a current review of this community from a current resident.
