  CBC National Bank has been the WORST,STRESSFUL, CONFUSED EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD IN MY LIFE!!!! Senior Mortgage Loan Officer Craig E Small(johns creek)has eroded all trust and confidence I once had in HIM! My experience is as follows; After sending all required docs (pay stubs/tax returns) to Mr.Small I was FALSELY notified Of my qualification for a conventional loan. Within a week I found a Smyrna Townhome I really liked and proceeded to have an inspection. Only after paying $500 for the inspection and moving forward to an appraisal WAS I THEN NOTIFIED OF MY INELIGIBILITY FOR A CONVENTIONAL LOAN! Costing me $500 and my dream home(first time homebuyer)! In my opinion CBC Bank has been the MOST STRESSFUL & CONFUSING TIME OF MY LIFE! GET OUT FAST!!!! *Currently working on switching loan officers, will update!

  HMS does a great job working with Chestatee Social Committee and the Chestatee Welcome Committee. Anything I send to Deana Byrd for the neighborhood mailings is done immediately and any information I ask of her I hear back promptly. Its so nice to know you will be taken care of immediately as this was not the case in the past with a different management company. Many times it would take several days before whatever you sent went out to the community before we started working with HMS. Deana is a delight to work with!

  My daughter joined in the PPP　Kindergarten program this Aug. She doesn't have a lot reading training in other preschools, so she feels hard in the beginning. But day by day, she can spell more and more words and start write sentence and paragraph. That's big progressive to her! Her math lever increase dramatically. We are so surprise and regret that we sent her to the school a little bit later. She works so hard to catch up. Each achievement made her happy. And she enjoys the arts work, field trip and physical education. I highly recommend to send your kids to PPP from preschool.

  My wife and I went to Richard not knowing what to do, or who to contact regarding our planning for the parts of life no one wants to talk about. Just a few minutes in, we realized we had hired the right person. Not only did he explain everything that they would do, but he walked us through scenarios and expanded scenarios to ensure that we were given the best possible plan to meet our needs. He walked us through each step, and I will admit, we must have been annoying. We had so many questions, and he answered them all. He did it honestly, and quickly. He responded to our emails very quickly, and made us feel very comfortable. That is hard to do when you are talking about such emotional issues. When all was said and done, we felt very proud that we had taken the necessary actions to ensure our family will be taken care of if something terrible were ever to happen.
