- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely a clown show supreme! Waited over an hour for a name change. There are three dozen people roaming around the office but only two can process customer service related issues. The tellers tap there fingers in annoyance that you would have the audacity to force them to work to make a simple deposit....no problem, sorry to trouble you...I'm sure the folks at CHASE across the street will be more interested and engaged with their customers.By Norman Miles, September 13, 2017
