  MICHELE GALLAGHER is the best, most professional and knowledgeable realtor ever!! She made the recent purchase of our home absolutely seamless/painless. Michele was always accessible and returned calls/texts/emails very promptly. We ended up seeing a really nice home in a wonderful neighborhood that we knew would go fast. We reached out to Michele (on a weekend, no doubt) for the 1st time after a friend recommended her to us, and she responded quickly (without an initial meeting) and had a showing scheduled within the hour. We saw the house, decided that we wanted to move forward, and Michele submitted our offer quickly after looking up the comps, speaking with the seller's agent, and offering great input. We were able to beat any competing offers, preventing a bidding war, because Michele worked quickly and diligently. Michele even worked with the seller's agent, seller/executor, and the service company to help us get our septic tank found (without a map) and inspected. Michele was even there at our side during its inspection. Michele was able to answer our questions and offer suggestions about things we hadn't thought about simply because she is a seasoned/experienced realtor. She was there every step of the way. If we had it to do over again, we would definitely want Michele Gallagher there by our side. Should you decide to seek Michele's services, you will not be disappointed. She far exceeded our expectations!
